The corner that explains everything
I'd been putting off a difficult conversation for weeks now, wanting to feel ready. But ready rarely comes. So the conversation sat there, heavy and waiting, while I circled around it. This week's Torah portion, Bo (Exodus 10:1-13:16), contains a curious word choice that got my attention. God tells Moses "בֹּא אֶל פַּרְעֹה" - "Come to Pharaoh." Not "go." Come.
